  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent updates and issue resolution between Delivery, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure alignment and trust.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards and adherence to policies throughout the transition process, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Documentation: Oversee and maintain critical documents such as transition plans and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and retention.
  • Training: Lead knowledge management and training initiatives to prepare teams for new services, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements for more efficient service transitions, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • ITIL Support: Assist with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing service transitions in IT environments, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (V4 Managing Professional or V3 Service Transition) and its application in service transition.
  • SC clearance (or willingness to undergo), with potential for DV clearance, to ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira, to streamline service transition processes.
