What You'll Do

You'll take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences:

  • You'll be responsible for answering external and internal calls to the highest standard, connecting guests to the relevant parties, and maintaining accurate departmental systems, procedures, and logbooks
  • You'll respond to emergency procedures and accurately take, record, and deliver guest wake-up calls to ensure our guests receive the best experience
  • You'll sometimes receive special requests from guests, involving taking messages, printing, and setting up fax machine lines, and helping on special occasions
