Trevett Professional Services Ltd is actively seeking a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role. This position is centered around providing essential maintenance services in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and address Reactive Maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the upkeep and repair of all operational systems within a retail setting.
  • Support compliance efforts and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist subcontractors in adhering to onsite safety regulations.
  • Carry out necessary remedial work as required.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driving License with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualification.
  • Experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Physical capability to handle equipment and tools weighing up to 20kg.
  • Ability to operate vertical access equipment and work at heights.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.

  • Overtime compensation at 1.5 times the standard rate, with double pay for Sundays.
