Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality assessment of incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Facilitate the technical evaluation of new raw materials for product development and enhancement projects.
  • Promote and implement Food Safety Culture initiatives with a focus on raw materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Team to guarantee the supply of high-quality raw materials for production processes.
  • Challenge existing systems and processes, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, ensuring resolution by the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain and compile reports on key performance indicators and trends related to raw materials.
  • Manage the site’s RSPO certification and audit processes.
  • Assist the Supplier and Raw Material Audits as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification in Level 3 Food Safety.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the food supply chain.
  • Preferred: Experience or qualifications in auditing.
