About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Boxford. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, providing training on, and servicing and repairing our range of Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission Laser Cutters, Laser Engravers, and CNC machine tools at customer sites
  • Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment
  • Service and repair equipment as needed
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Laser Cutter and/or Engraver Installation/Service Engineer and Trainer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • High degree of electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills at component level
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites throughout the UK
