Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a talented Design-Focused Architect to join their team and contribute to the success of their Residential Design Studio. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of modern Commercial and Residential projects.

The company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, and their team of experienced Architects and Designers is committed to maintaining the highest standards of design and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Residential design, with experience working on medium to high-rise schemes. They will be familiar with industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, or Microstation, and will be able to hit the ground running.

As a Design-Focused Architect, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality Residential projects
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement design concepts
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience of 1-5 years
  • Strong background in Residential design
  • Experience working on medium to high-rise schemes
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software
