Electronics Design Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Design Engineer to become a vital part of our forward-thinking Research and Development team. This role presents an exciting chance to engage with state-of-the-art technology in the realm of retinal imaging. As an Electronics Design Engineer, your primary focus will be on the conception and advancement of electronic systems for novel products, as well as the enhancement of existing solutions in collaboration with a vibrant R&D group.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise innovative analogue and digital electronic solutions for new retinal imaging devices, adhering to the established design methodology.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our current product lineup through thorough design evaluation and inventive technological solutions.
- Formulate and implement testing protocols for hardware components, modules, and systems.
- Assess design proposals for both new and existing products to guarantee electronic performance and dependability.
- Generate technical specifications and designs for electronic outputs, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Document electronic designs and conduct design reviews along with failure mode assessments.
- Remain updated on emerging technologies to improve product efficacy and minimize costs.
- Articulate electronic system designs and operational processes to the engineering team.
- Deliver proactive customer support and inventive solutions for product-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in electronics design engineering is advantageous.
- Expertise in analogue and digital electronics design and analysis utilizing modeling tools.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and standard specifications for electronic systems.
- Knowledge of Medical Device Design Control processes and electronics assembly practices.
- Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and effectively manage time.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused, possessing strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with MS Office applications.
