About the Role:

WestRock is seeking a skilled Machine Setter to join our dynamic printing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setting, be mechanically minded with knowledge of leaflet machine operations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and run machines to maximize shift output
  • Operate all folding machines and formats of leaflets
  • Work to agreed quality levels and achieve department quality targets
  • Offer practical advice on machine and finishing related matters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working on and setting machines (ideally in printing, pharmaceuticals, or food environment)
  • PC literate
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
  • Communication skills
  • Awareness of current Health & Safety practices
  • Problem-solving skills
