About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities
  • Install, test, and commission electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of our facilities
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization

Requirements

  • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualifications
  • A certificate in BS767
  • The Requirements For Electrical Installations, 18th Edition
  • A minimum of two years experience working in a role as an electrician, preferably within a healthcare, military or commercial environment
  • An honest and conscientious character, with an ability to approach challenges in a calm manner and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
