Your Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled Solicitor to enhance our medical negligence team, with the flexibility to work from various locations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Partner Guy Forster, a seasoned expert in medical negligence cases, representing clients who have endured significant injuries. Guy is known for securing substantial compensation for clients to cover their care, therapy, and other essential needs.

Your Role

In this position, you will manage your own caseload while also providing support to senior colleagues on complex, high-value cases. You will oversee cases from inception to resolution, utilizing your analytical and commercial acumen to identify critical issues and propose effective solutions. Your goal will be to secure interim payments whenever feasible, facilitating rehabilitation and necessary support before claims are finalized.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Solicitor with a genuine passion for medical negligence and proven experience in handling high-value cases. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong ability to communicate with clients and provide sound legal counsel;
  • Demonstrable technical expertise in medical negligence;
  • Experience assisting senior colleagues with complex, high-value cases;
  • Capability to manage individual caseloads while maintaining exceptional attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes for clients;
