Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will support the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their day-to-day role, completing the sale of Crown's assets to third-party funding partners. You will also develop an understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training and learn Crown administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
  • Support the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their wide-reaching day-to-day role, completing the sale of Crown's assets to third-party funding partners.
  • Use Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Learn Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house and partner software.
  • Collate data and documents to ensure a smooth sales process, working with the Sales team, Sales Admin team, and other departments.
  • Assist with queries from the business about any live agreements.
  • Support relationships with the Sales Teams to ensure that assets are brought back into Crown ownership on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that assets now owned by Crown are recorded correctly.
  • Ensure traceability of documents through review and support the management of filing of documents correctly and on a timely basis.
  • Assist in raising manual invoicing to business partners relating to maintenance contracts, supporting the finance team in ensuring that accounts are kept in order.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact with stakeholders, keeping them fully updated in relation to any changes that will affect the sale process.
Requirements
  • A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
  • No prerequisite experience required, but a desire to be part of a successful team and possess a great work ethic.
