The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team, covering the European region and focusing on the contract market in technologies such as SAP, Cloud, and Data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our brand further through business development, building relationships with new clients, negotiating terms and conditions, and understanding the real needs of organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Network, cold call, and arrange visits with prospective clients to understand their ongoing recruitment needs
  • Develop and expand a sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team of recruiters to identify the best candidates for clients' needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the current recruitment market, particularly within specific sectors
  • Select and resource the right candidates for our clients
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the contract market
  • A strong desire for success and a target-driven approach
  • A demonstrable track record of achievement in a similar role
  • Commitment, ambition, and a motivated attitude
  • Natural networking skills
