About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Utilize our specialist technology to ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development and new business wins

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and maintain relationships
