Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting and incontinence management
  • Help clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours. No prior experience in care is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to support your development.
