Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our exceptional nursing home in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and resources to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead and healthcare teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement a vision for the home to achieve continuous improvement and excellence
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver person-centered care and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a large care home
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards and ability to work towards achieving Outstanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of marketing and business skills in the private care sector
- Enthusiasm and passion for developing high-level person-centered care
