Falcon Green Personnel is seeking a seasoned Façade Manager to oversee the exterior envelope of a £100M+ residential project in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have expertise in brickwork and a proven track record of successfully delivering façade packages.

• Manage and coordinate all façade elements, including scaffold, SFS, windows, external doors, roofing, balconies, GRC, traditional brick, brick slip systems, and architectural metalwork.
• Utilize construction management software, particularly Procore, to ensure accurate QA recording and efficient project management.
• Interpret and provide input on design information, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Liaise with NHBC, Premier Guarantee, and Building Control to ensure compliance with design and specifications during inspections.
• Conduct regular lookaheads to ensure all aspects of the façade work are on track, including design, materials, and labor.
• Monitor project timelines and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and daily briefings with contractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Uphold HSE legislation and site safety standards, including reviewing work permits, RAMS, and ensuring proper housekeeping.

• SMSTS and CSCS card mandatory; First Aid and Scaffold Awareness preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design, materials, and façade construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple contractors on-site.
