About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Precision Proco. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Analyze data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain ABC classification and use stock control systems to optimize inventory management.
  • Support production planning with input on inventory levels and velocities.
  • Develop analysis of operational supply chain KPIs to drive performance.
  • Optimize warehouse functions by managing stock control/planning and forecasting.
About You
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software, ERP systems, and/or MRP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
