About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team at Garmin (Europe) Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and consideration through earned media in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute best-in-class PR strategies across print, digital, and broadcast media
  • Manage media relationships and cultivate new opportunities for coverage
  • Lead the management and development of the PR specialist team
  • Coordinate press strategies for product launches and manage the execution of unique PR campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to monitor effectiveness and measure ROI
Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving outstanding media coverage across all media channels
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK & Ireland media landscape
  • Successful track record of driving coverage beyond product launch reviews and maximizing share of voice
  • Experience in creating and delivering broadcast PR campaigns (in-house or with agency support)
  • Strong management skills, including line management, coaching, and talent development
