Job Summary:
StormX Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide generalist support and advisory services to managers and colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Lead employee relations case work, ensuring fair and effective resolution of issues.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of HR data on systems.
- Provide timely HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Support employee life-cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, pay reviews, and leavers process.
- Contribute to key business-wide HR projects, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
