ILS Engineer

Join our Defence team as a Through Life Engineer and take charge of work packages associated with influencing product design for support and developing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers.

As a key member of our Customer Support & Services organisation, you will work in an integrated project team environment during the product's design and development phase, exploiting your through-life support knowledge and capabilities to satisfy customers' support requirements and support-related business objectives.

You will work closely with the Project Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager to progress design for support objectives and exploit new and existing technologies to facilitate through life support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Applying Supportability Engineering techniques such as Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis
* Developing and implementing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers
* Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless support delivery

We are looking for a motivated and experienced engineer with a track record in Supportability Engineering and a sound knowledge of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) standards such as Def Stan or ASD S3000L.
