Teaching Personnel is working with local authorities to support children who are not currently in education. Our mission is to narrow learning gaps and help children achieve their full potential.

This is a rewarding role for the right person that will see you support vulnerable young people to fulfill their full potential.

The location we have taken referrals for tutors includes: Bingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing 1:1 support in core subjects (Maths, English, Science or Secondary)
  • Planning individualised programmes of learning
  • Tutoring within the home environment
  • Tailoring your approach – supporting children to learn and progress at their own pace
Requirements:
  • Hold a QTS/PGCE certificate
  • Endless enthusiasm and patience
  • Experience working with either secondary or primary pupils
  • Have some experience working with young people with SEN (desirable)
  • Flexible and adaptable to be able to differentiate effectively to provide an inclusive education for all
