Production Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Production team. As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production of all items within the manufacturing sector, ensuring a secure working environment while maintaining quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee personnel and guarantee that tasks are performed to established standards
  • Manage production activities across various shifts
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Control standards to maintain a defect-free operation
  • Drive initiatives for productivity enhancement and cost reduction
  • Follow the production timeline and address any discrepancies
  • Develop and implement training programs and conduct regular audits

Qualifications:

  • Higher National Certificate in an Engineering field
  • ILM Level 3 is advantageous
  • Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
  • Familiarity with SMED/TPM, MS Office applications, and quality problem-solving methodologies
  • Comprehension of Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong communication abilities
