  • Coordinate with subcontractors as required.
  • Comply with all quality management systems, customer processes, and legal regulations.
  • Report on project progress and performance to management.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure alignment with customer requirements and supplier performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan, including a resource plan.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or APM certification is preferred.

  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Capable of aligning project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • High level of financial acumen in managing project budgets.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in performance management of teams and individuals.
  • Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders in complex environments.

Application Requirements

  • Candidates should be located in proximity to the designated work area and be available for on-site work several days a week.
