Business Development Executive

Omega Resource Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join their team in Bristol. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct business development calls to prospective clients, utilize CRM systems to contact individuals, and hand over opportunities to the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Market Research: Understand the industries served by the company and how their products fit into these industries.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system, manage personal lead pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a phone-based sales or business development role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing background.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, genuine phone manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, humble, hungry, and smart.
