Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will lead a team of analysts, develop and implement data strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of analysts to develop and implement data strategies that drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools to support business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new analytics solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading analytics teams and developing data strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
