About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team at Heath Lodge Clinic, a leading independent imaging centre in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of MRI examinations, including MSK, neuro, and dynamic scans, in compliance with our imaging protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being by following our MRI safety procedures and protocols.
  • Support patients throughout their attendance, providing physical and emotional care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all aspects of work, adhering to HCPC regulations and our clinic's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in our audit programme, including imaging quality assurance tests, daily operational safety checks, and health and safety audits.
  • Act professionally, adhering to the standards of conduct, performance, and ethics set out by the HCPC.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical knowledge, maintaining a CPD portfolio to satisfy HCPC requirements.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration and a Bachelor's Degree in Radiography.
  • Experience in MRI radiography, including techniques for patients with limited mobility.
  • SOR IV cannulation certificate.
  • Desirable: MRI postgraduate qualification.
