We are seeking a skilled solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience specializing in either Company Commercial or Commercial Property work, or a combination of both.


You will be a team player, flexible, and possess excellent business development and client care skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.


You will work closely with the Partner and gain experience in a wide range of work, including site acquisitions, leases, licenses, bank finance, and plot development projects.


As a key member of our team at Browns Recruitment Consultancy Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Assisting with site acquisitions, leases, licenses, and other commercial property transactions
  • Working closely with the Partner to develop and implement business strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
