Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd have partnered with a unique and successful asset management firm to seek an experienced residential block manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join their department and manage their own portfolio.

This will be a small, high-end selection of period properties and new-builds based across the region.

This is the opportunity to join an incredibly well-established business with a great internal team, where you will find support and expert advice to help progress professionally.

  • Managing a portfolio in the region
  • Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
  • Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
  • Site visits to ensure good building condition
  • Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
  • Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
  • Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Key Skills Required:
  • Significant property management experience and ideally experience managing high-end properties
  • TPI (IRPM) Qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
  • Ability to set and manage service charge budgets
