PMLD Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMLD Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist SEN school in Feltham, Southwest London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with complex learning difficulties and a passion for delivering high-quality education.

About the Role

As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to primary-aged students with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a SEN setting, preferably in a PMLD school or with students with ASD. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

About the School

Our school is a 198-pupil SEN school that provides specialist education to primary-aged children with PMLD and ASD. We are rated 'Good' by OFSTED and are committed to delivering high-quality education to our students.
