Health and Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Check Coordinator to join our team at Randox Health in Basingstoke. As a Health Check Coordinator, you will be responsible for representing Randox Health as the first point of contact for customers attending Health Check appointments at community locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide continuity of care by coordinating appointments at local community events within Hampshire.
- Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner, including welcoming clients, checking them in for appointments, providing information during appointment, blood sample collection, and providing additional lifestyle support and advice.
- Manage stock and storage facilities within the clinic for these appointments.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with customer queries on any health check-related issues.
- Adhere to your Continuing Professional Development Plan.
- Attend Health check events where applicable as a company representative.
- A clean, valid, UK driving license.
- Literacy in another language.
- The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in private/healthcare sector.
- Regulatory compliance experience.
