Job Description:
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Nurse with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our community members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing increasingly complex care for patients and support for family members
- Working in a team of dedicated nurses to deliver high-quality care
- Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered General Nurse (adult) qualification
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge around long-term conditions and their management
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Previous Community Services experience (desirable)
