Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer to join our team at identifi Global Resources. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our security controls to protect our organization's assets and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain security controls to minimize risk
- Drive adoption of security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization
- Provide authoritative advice on security controls and requirements in collaboration with legal, technical support, and other functional experts
- Review information systems for potential security breaches and collaborate with SecOps for investigations and control changes
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role with a strong background in IT Security/IT Operations
- Knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IPS, web and email gateways
- CISSP or similar certification, TOGAF or similar architectural framework certification, Vendor technology training/certifications
