Care Support Worker Role

Job Type: Full and part-time positions available

Salary: £12 per hour + paid travel time and mileage

Candlelight Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team, providing support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. We offer a range of shift patterns, including 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, with a commitment to working alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, you will:

  • Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and interests
  • Provide emotional and practical support, including assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and food preparation
  • Assist with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment as required
  • Report any significant changes in client health or circumstances to the Registered Manager
