Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Reeds Rains branch in Chester le Street as a full-time, permanent Sales and Lettings negotiator.

This role is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Registering customers and carrying out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties.
  • Generating and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers between all parties.
  • Maximising branch income through the cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.

In return, we offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 plus per annum.
  • 3-6 months guaranteed commission pay.
  • A 5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office-based.
