Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

At Privalgo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Drive revenue growth both individually and within the team by leveraging industry knowledge, strategic sales techniques, and strong leadership skills.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
  5. Coach and mentor team members to achieve their best performance in a dynamic and competitive market.
  6. Support continuous learning and improvement initiatives by advocating for ongoing training and sharing the latest industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of industry experience within a senior FoH role.
  2. CF30 qualified and CISI charted member.
  3. Growth mindset with resilience, drive, and ambition.
  4. Natural thought leader with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  5. Confidence to challenge senior management and think from the client lens.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deliverables and direct reports effectively.
