As an IAM Engineer, you will play a vital part in onboarding applications into our SailPoint Identity Now platform. Your expertise will ensure secure and efficient access control for all users across our diverse technology landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage IAM systems, ensuring they function effectively and meet business requirements.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of IAM best practices, procedures, and technologies like SailPoint Identity Now to onboard applications seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with the IAM Project Analyst to execute technical onboarding processes in development and production environments, guaranteeing rigorous testing at each stage.
  • Provide regular status updates on onboarding progress to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deliverables are met within defined timelines and budgets. Actively identify and address any potential risks or issues that could impact project success.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, including daily stand-ups and Business SPoC meetings, to effectively communicate status updates and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an IAM Engineer within large corporate environments.
  • Proven expertise in using SailPoint Identity Now platform.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems, scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), LDAP, SQL, APIs, Connectors (JDBC, API), and web services.
  • Experience in creating and modifying SQL scripts.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java.
  • Solid understanding of project delivery processes and experience working within frameworks like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
