About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inquisitive Research Associate/Research Scientist to join our Antibody Discovery & Optimisation team in the UK.

This role involves generating research reagents and performing experiments to support later-stage portfolio advancement, biomarker strategy, and ongoing small molecule and novel modality programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovative antibody projects forward from the laboratory using excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Present experimental data at cross-functional meetings and external conferences.
  • Aim to publish work in high-impact scientific journals and patents.
  • Maintain compliance procedures by completing training modules and maintaining experimental records.
Requirements
  • A BSc, MSc, or PhD in a relevant field.
  • An enthusiastic outlook and experience working in a laboratory.
  • Understanding and proven practical experience of molecular biology and/or cellular biology techniques.
  • Molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, DNA preparations).
  • Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).
