Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for material handling equipment, including electric counterbalance forklifts, diesel forklifts, articulated forklifts, reach trucks, and side loaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover Somerset attending on-site breakdowns and providing prompt solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist customers with queries on site, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Service, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, including manufacturer-specific training and certifications.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, or service technician.
  • Knowledge of service and repair procedures for forklifts, fork trucks, and plant machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
