We Are Swim is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to fill the role of Swimming Instructor within our esteemed organization, recognized for excellence in aquatic education across the UK.
Your main responsibility will be to deliver engaging swimming lessons to children aged 3-11, fostering a love for swimming through enjoyable and innovative methods. You will ensure a high standard of customer service for both swimmers and their families, transforming lives by providing every child with the opportunity to learn this essential skill.
In this role, you will not only conduct fun and inspiring lessons but also utilize technology to monitor swimmers' progress. Collaboration with your team will be key to providing a premium experience, which includes engaging with customers, participating in training sessions, and sharing best practices.
This position requires availability during weekday evenings and weekends, with a self-employed contract that guarantees hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement swimming lessons in accordance with established lesson plans

- Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrate effective swimming techniques

- Create a supportive and enjoyable environment to motivate swimmers
- Evaluate lessons and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess each swimmer's progress and manage certificate awards through our online system
