Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions from clients, and providing expert advice on property conveyancing matters.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage companies, to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential issues with property ownership and structural integrity.
  • Preparing and reviewing official documents, such as contracts, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Providing guidance to clients on contract review and negotiation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payments and contracts, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and case management software, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
