Job Title: Academy Physiotherapist

Burnley FC is a renowned professional football club with a rich history, deeply rooted in the heart of the town and its community.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Physiotherapist to join our team at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

The ideal candidate must be optimistic and upbeat, flexible with others, and comfortable meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based quality of care, treatment, and rehabilitation of injured players (U9-U16's).
  • Assist in the organisation, development, and implementation of screening (including growth and maturation) for all Academy players as part of the process to aid injury prevention strategies.
  • Contribute towards maintaining and developing the clubs EPPP sports medicine criteria.
  • Have a flexible approach to cover Academy injury clinics/training sessions and matches where required.
