About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join our team. As a Construction Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising clients on non-contentious construction matters, including JCT contracts, joint ventures, developments, and forward funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters
  • Advise clients on JCT contracts, joint ventures, developments, and forward funding
  • Work closely with our construction partners and other senior lawyers to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least one year's post-qualification experience of non-contentious construction gained within a leading firm
  • Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
