Nurse Trustee

Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our Board of Trustees. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients and their families.

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the organization's operations and finances.
• Work closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to develop and implement our strategy for growth and success.
• Ensure the effective management of our resources and finances, aligning with our mission and values.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care and governance.

We are looking for a nurse with children's and/or palliative care experience who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care to children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. You will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and a commitment to our values of compassion, empathy, and excellence.
