About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counter Manager to join our team at Aveda. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales experience to clients
  • Drive business growth and development through strategic planning and execution
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients using state-of-the-art technology
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
