About the Role

Silver Agency | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving account growth, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery across our integrated services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Forge long-lasting and highly valuable relationships with clients across a number of brands.
  2. Project Management: Provide seamless project management to our clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  3. Financial Management: Demonstrate accurate upwards management of financial management, including project forecasting, cost management, and allocation of time.
  4. Delivery and Quality: Ensure the highest standard in delivery across Silver's integrated services, including the creation of water-tight SOWs and realistic project plans.
  5. Creative Briefs: Craft unrivalled creative briefs, conceptual, action, video, or digital.
  6. Client Meetings: Attend client meetings with confidence, assisting on agenda setting and wrap up in support of next steps and agreed outcomes.
  7. Multi-Tasking: Experience in managing websites, ABM, and demand generation is an advantage. The ability to multi-task across a range of projects with top-notch organisation skills and work collaboratively.
