**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Colleague at Wincanton. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete manual handling tasks, both with and without the use of material handling equipment (MHE), to ensure the efficient movement of stock within the warehouse.
  • Ensure the picking, assembling, relocation, and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Utilize an electronic warehouse management tool to support tasks and ensure accurate and timely distribution of stock and goods.
  • Take ownership of the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in full.
  • Contribute to our culture of trust, respect, and togetherness, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to and invest in our award-winning health and safety standard, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
