We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Hinckley store and drive business success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere, leading a team to deliver exceptional results, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Work closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a strong understanding of P&L reporting.
- You have previous store or deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- You have a strong commercial acumen and a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
- You are a New Look brand admirer and have a passion for fashion and customer service.
- You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
