**About the Role**
McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing IT role.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office 365, and Teams.
- Experience with Service Desk software such as Heat/Service Now/FreshService.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
