About the Role:

As a key member of our Asset Management team at Manchester Airport, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our water services infrastructure. This includes surface water, drinking water, wastewater, and fire hydrant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed Asset Technical Standard to ensure projects align with our standards.
  • Provide technical design assurance and support the creation of a 25-year strategy and investment outline for our airports.
  • Collaborate with Asset Maintenance development teams to assess the state and expected future performance of our asset portfolio.
  • Help devise asset strategies and renewal initiatives that consider asset condition, lifetime costs, and risks.
  • Contribute to developing an elite asset management practice for Manchester Airport and provide input on leading industry approaches to asset management.
