We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys
  • Compiling comprehensive reports for clients
  • Ensuring all work meets UKAS standards and HSG:264 guidelines
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing technical support and assistance
Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
  • Experience working on projects in the domestic sector
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
